Return Policy

Please contact Pocko before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Pocko and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Pocko suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Pocko will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Pocko is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Pocko reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. ***CHRISTMAS RUSH: Please be aware that naional and international items sent in the buildup to the Christmas holidays are liable to additional delays -  Pocko cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive by a specific date due to delays at the border. Please order well in advance for gifts and events to avoid disappointment, there is nothing we can do to speed up the shipping / customs process.

Pocko will dispatch your order within 5 working days of purchase via Royal Mail.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and secure as we cannot refund or replace any items once they have been shipped.

***If the delivery of your purchase is vital, please choose the tracking and signature option so that your package can be found if it gets lost. 

For Shipping to US, Canada and Australia and other parts of the globe far from Europe, please allow up to 3-4 weeks.
***Recently some international postal services haven't been posting notice slips for customers to collect items when they have attempted delivery so please check the tracking number if it is taking longer than expected just incase it is being held at your local depot. I won't be able to cover the cost of resending items that are returned to the UK.***

Customs Charges / Import Duty
Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders. Please note: Pocko is not equired by law to put the full amount for the package contents on the customs form.
